LeviCare ceiling hoists are transport systems installed in care and rehabilitation rooms that enable safe and comfortable movement of people with limited mobility.
Thanks to installation in a ceiling rail system, the user can be transferred smoothly between different stations, such as the bed, wheelchair, bathroom or rehabilitation station.

PLS AR-200 ceiling hoist
The PLS AR-200 is a functional ceiling hoist designed for the safe transfer of people with reduced mobility in private homes and care facilities. The device features quiet operation, smooth lifting and a battery protection system that increases reliability in everyday use. The maximum lifting capacity is 200 kg.

PLS AR-200P ceiling hoist
The PLS AR-200P is a variant of the ceiling hoist prepared to work with various types of spreader bars and slings. The device enables safe lifting and transport of the user between care stations, e.g. the bed, wheelchair or bathroom. With its quiet operation and intuitive controls, it provides a high level of comfort in use.

PLS AR-200DR ceiling hoist
The PLS AR-200DR is a version of the AR-200 model equipped with an electric rail traverse drive. This allows the user to be moved along the track using a remote control, with no need to push the device manually. This solution increases the caregiver's comfort and the smoothness of the transfer.

PLS AR-275 ceiling hoist
The PLS AR-275 is a ceiling hoist designed for the transfer of heavier users. Its stable construction and smooth operation ensure safety during everyday transfers in medical and rehabilitation facilities. The device works perfectly in rail systems covering entire rooms.

PLS AR-275DR ceiling hoist
The PLS AR-275DR is a version of the hoist equipped with an electric rail traverse drive that enables the user to be moved using a remote control. This solution significantly facilitates transfers in larger ceiling systems and reduces the caregiver's effort. The hoist is designed for intensive use in care facilities.

PLS AR-350 ceiling hoist
The PLS AR-350 is a ceiling hoist designed for the transfer of users with a higher load. Its high lifting capacity and solid construction make the device well suited to medical facilities, care homes and rehabilitation centres. It provides stable and safe patient transport in a ceiling rail system.

PLS AR-500 ceiling hoist
The PLS AR-500 is a ceiling hoist with a very high lifting capacity, designed for the transfer of bariatric users. The system enables safe and smooth movement of the patient in extensive rail installations. This solution is used primarily in hospitals and specialist care facilities.
| Model | Maximum lifting capacity | Drive | Intended use |
|---|---|---|---|
| PLS AR-200 | 200 kg | manual | standard transfer in homes and facilities |
| PLS AR-200P | 200 kg | manual | portable hoist – one system can serve several rooms |
| PLS AR-200DR | 200 kg | electric | easy movement of the user along the track |
| PLS AR-275 | 275 kg | manual | transfer of heavier users |
| PLS AR-275DR | 275 kg | electric | higher lifting capacity + traverse drive |
| PLS AR-350 | 350 kg | manual | users with a high body weight |
| PLS AR-500 | 500 kg | manual | bariatric system |

Straight rails
Straight rails come in various lengths and profiles depending on the building's construction and the hoist's lifting capacity. They are available in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 metre sections. Straight rails mounted directly to the ceiling can be joined together to create longer sections or cut to the specific length you want to achieve.

Curves combined with straight rails
Rail curves are available in 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree bends, providing many options for adapting to the planned project. The curves are available in combination with A and B profiles.

Traverse rails
The traverse system is able to provide an unlimited number of lifting points in a room, making it possible to lift a person from virtually any spot within the room. This is achieved by installing two parallel rails on each side of the room, either on the ceiling or on opposite walls. The movable section of rail then runs at a 90° angle to the parallel rails. The components that allow the traverse rail to slide along the parallel rails are the traverse trolleys. A total of two traverse trolleys are therefore required, one on each side. The resulting structure resembles the letter H, which is why it is sometimes called an H system.
PLS turnout
The PLS turnout makes it possible to connect different rail tracks made up of straight rails and allows us to change the direction of travel. The turnout is available in a three- or four-track version.

PLS gate
The gate automatically locks the transverse rail of the XY traverse system onto the fixed track. In this way, the hoist can leave the XY system and enter other rooms.

PLS branch connector
The PLS branch connector allows you to take two directions on a straight track. A turn to the left or right is made in one smooth movement. Straight rails, curved rails and the branch connector can be used in various combinations.

Wall-mounted traverse
The wall-mounted traverse fixing system is used in the case of a weaker ceiling slab. The additional adjustment allows installation in places where the two walls are not exactly even.

Curtain
A system that makes it possible to install curtains between the rail track. Thanks to a special connector and an extended trolley, we can attach curtains to separate, for example, hospital beds, ensuring patients' privacy.

Fire-resistant connector
For A-profile rails, a proven fire-resistant solution is available that blocks heat and smoke for 30 minutes in the event of a fire.

In-rail charging
The hoist can optionally be charged directly from the rail. We can charge the hoist on a specific section of rail or at an end point.

Wireless remote control
The wireless remote control is a convenient solution that allows the hoist to be controlled remotely without the need for cables. Its main advantage is mobility, which lets the user operate the device from anywhere within signal range.

Free-standing gantry
The free-standing gantry system makes it possible to use the ceiling hoist in virtually any location. The maximum dimensions for a lifting capacity of 275 kg are 4x4 m, or 3.5x3.5 m for a lifting capacity of 350 kg. The height of the system can be adapted to specific needs and rooms.
Ceiling hoists are used in many care and rehabilitation environments:
private homes
care homes
hospitals
rehabilitation centres
clinics and therapy practices
facilities for people with disabilities
rehabilitation rooms
